“Our Homes!”

“For the most part a lot of people love to complain and point out others and their faults so quickly..Amen..and in the midst of all of that..they fail so badly when it comes to themselves and their own homes..Amen..my oldest nephew, Jamie, a few weeks back while we were on the phone talking with one another..he says you know Aunt Mandi..imagine you have all of these people in a garage and their supposed to be building a truck..and you have all these people building theirs but all the while you have that one that should be building theirs..but there not all for the fact that they are too busy either trying to help someone else build theirs..or their too busy looking at how others are building..or at the mistakes their making..and at the end of the day..the one that spent all that time looking around and helping everyone else..well, their truck never got built..Amen..and in turn were speaking of our homes here both spiritually and physically..and he says same thing Aunt Mandi when we look around at everyone else and their homes and their lives..or were just too busy trying to help everyone else..we never get our homes built..Amen!”

“And I tell ya guys there was so much truth in all of that conversation that we had that night..because somehow we miss our homes in life..somehow we miss the people that live within the walls of our home..and the simple fact that if our own homes are not in order than we can never try to help another..Amen..for you see the word says to us that we are to get our homes in order..2 Kings 20:1-2..Amen..and that my dear sweet friends is a every day thing..it is not just now and then..it is everyday..Praise the Lord..it is always cleaning up, putting up and fixing up..in one way or another..for if we stop these things..Oh, my, goodness it all falls apart..and very quickly..it gets dusty and dirty..and a little messed up..and that list guys can honestly go on and on..Amen!”

“But really we got to get ourselves together..because it is ever so true that we are like sheep and we get out of our boundaries at times..we get side tracked..we get confused..we get lost..and blinded..my goodness..but praise be to Jesus whom is that good and great Shepherd of ours..that leads us back to the sheepfold of our lives..that gets us in order and that helps us to stay in the protection of our own lives and our own homes..Amen..so today do not forget that your home is ever so important..I heard a pastor preach a message once and he said that your home is the greatest work that you’ll ever accomplish in your life..because all that we do comes from our homes in life..it is a safe place for us..to be at and to dwell within..and when we are right both spiritually and physically then our homes shine ever so brightly for the Lord and all of who He is and alone is to us and our lives..especially as believers..Praise the Lord..so this time of year is a perfect time of year to get right within your home..Amen..for this is Palm Sunday..and this is the Easter week working up to the cross of calvary to where Jesus gave His all for you and I that we could have freedom and a life of abundance..so take time this week to be in the Lords presence..to ask for His help within the walls of your life and home..making a difference there first..so you than can go forth making a difference in the life and the homes of others..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
