“I am watching one of my favorite bible teachers..and as she is preaching the word of the Lord this morning..I am reminded as she is speaking of the same thing that the Lord had spoken to me, many years ago..Amen..but she used the analogy of a train..and I immediately go back to when my family and I moved to a small town in West Virginia called Montgomery..and on our first night there no one slept to well considering there are trains that run through this town..and so it would literally shake the whole house..and rattle the windows..and in all of that it was a little disturbing to us all..because we were not at all used to it..Amen..so it took us all a few months I would say until we grew used to the trains..and the loud noise and the rattling of the windows..and the shaking of the house..Amen..and I use this just as she has this morning that somehow we grow used to the Lord..and His presence..and His speaking..and His nudges..Amen..we disregard the Lord and His speaking..because we have been with Him for so long..that we miss it..we miss the correction at times..we miss His love and His anointing that He gives..somehow we overlook the things that we are doing..for you know guys when we first started out with the Lord in our lives..we couldn’t miss the Lord..for we were so in love with Him..we craved the Lord above everything else in our lives..we couldn’t miss a day with Him..we could hear Him speaking instantly..we knew our sins and the things that needed to be fixed and mended..we were so relevant to the Lord that we didn’t just do our own thing or second guess God as He spoke to us..Amen!”

“We have so many means to reach out to be closer to God but somehow we again are so used to these conveniences that we even walk away from that..because deep inside we know that it is there..Amen..considering we can turn on our tv and hear and watch the word of the Lord being preached..we have so many avenues so to speak to listen and read..and hear Gods word..and sing Gods word and be in His presence..but again we over look that..because we are so used to it..we’ve grown accustomed to it..that we think it’s no big deal..will do it later is what we think..Amen..so today I just want us all to consider our homes..both spiritually and physically..consider our lives..consider what we needs to take place..and make sure that we are on the right path..that we are living where the Lord intends for us to be living..that we are holy and righteous as the Lord wants us to be..that we walk in God’s anointing and in His presence and that we never over look what were doing..Amen!”

“That we never take for granted the Lord..Amen..but we ask the Lord to forgive us for getting used to Him as to where we like that train over look Him..Amen..and over look the blessings..and over look His call on our lives..that we over look what He is saying or trying to say to us..because we are used to it..somehow we’ve become accustomed to the Lord and His presence..that we are not as sensitive to Him..but you see if we do this..we fall away..so we have to intentionally draw close to the Lord and daily so..James 4:8..so we can walk and talk as the Lord desires..we want Gods anointing and His presence on us..like we’ve never had..to make a difference we need the Lord..we don’t need to grow used to Him and His love..but that we are so excited and daily so that we crave Him and we know if we’ve not been there with Him..Amen..because once again guys this life is not about us..but it is to be about Jesus and Him alone..living and walking holy and obedient lives to the Lord our God..so my prayer for us all is that scripture found in the book of Psalms that says this..”Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer..Psalm 19:14..so we stand there and we all I pray live our lives there..walking and living holy as the Lord our God is holy..1 Peter 1:15-17..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
