“So this morning I finished up my Advent devotional..and what a beautiful scene to finally come too..and that is the birth of our Savior..Jesus Messiah..Amen..can you only imagine coming to that place and seeing the most lovely moment in time..Amen..for they went and journeyed to find Him..to bring and bestow upon Him many gifts..for the word says that they falling to the ground at His feet began to worship Him..and they opened the gifts that they had brought to lay before Him..gold, frankincense and myrrh..Matthew 2:11..Amen..and I wonder this morning how many of us daily bring a gift to the altar of our Father..our Savior..our Lord..for you see the greatest gift was Jesus He is the reason for this season..but as well He is our gift..Amen..but the Lord and the gift that He seeks..is only you and I..nothing more, nothing less..just us..the Lord wants us..He longs for us to be His and for Him to be ours..that to Jesus is the greatest gift..Amen..for you see even in this mess of this year..somehow maybe we can’t see it right now..but it will come together for everyone’s good..for in a mess of things..we seek the Lord just as the wise men took off to seek out and find the Messiah..Amen!”
“So today your Christmas may look a little different than what your used too..maybe your celebrations with family and friends is not as it always has been..and this pandemic we’ve been in and all of this sickness..and Covid has placed a stop on the gatherings..but I can say that Christmas and family and friends are there in our hearts and in our minds..and more than anything this year..let this one be one as to where we truly get to focus on the real reason for the season..that we get to be calm..and find ourselves falling on our knees and worshipping our Lord and our Savior..Jesus..AMEN..for I believe that this year will go down in history..for us all..for we won’t forget this year..but as well I believe that this year has drew us closer than ever to our Father..and all of who He is..letting us find Him all the while letting us find ourselves..and all of who we are..and all of who we should be..Amen..so have a wonderful and blessed Merry Christmas..and be still before the Lord and worship and thank Him for who is and all of who He is to you and your life..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
