“So before Covid his..I attended a bible fellowship class at church on Sunday mornings..and the teacher that teaches us has said this statement a few times and every time I always think to myself..boy oh boy..that is the truth..because he says this..you can’t just keep walking around the elephant in the room without coming to the place as to where you deal with it..because if you don’t deal with it than the elephant will stay in the room..Amen..and guys, this is ever so true..but honestly how many of us truly do deal with the elephant so to speak that is the room?..how many of us want to take the time to deal with it?..for so many of us know that it’s there..and maybe has been there..but we just keep walking around it..never to take time to acknowledge it..we just really have grown used to it..Amen..we adjust pretty well to things in our lives..especially when we are children of the Lord..because we don’t want to stir the pot..because when we do it gets awful messy..Amen..but how many of us know that if you don’t stir the pot or as the teacher says deal with the elephant that’s there in the room of your life..and your world in which you live..well, then guess what?..it never goes away..it never changes..it stays there..Amen!”

“So how many of us this morning have things in our lives that we need to deal with?..that we need to discuss?..how many of us need to get our hands dirty in removing that elephant?..other than just pacifying it?..Amen..because you see that ole devil is the accuser of the brethren..he is the manipulator..and is the one in whom keeps us held in bondage..Revelation 12:9-11..and that bondage can truly be anything in our lives..but as well the Holy Ghost of God will let us know that it is there!..and it needs to be dealt with..Amen..for we can’t as I have always heard sweep it under the rug..because that dirt is still there..it’s just hidden under the rug..Amen..so know that change comes when we speak out to the problem..and we let the problem know that there is a problem..and we deal with it..and we let it go..and we get up and move on..for without it the acknowledgment of it than nothing happens..day after day..month after month..year after year..you will have the same thing..it will still be there..but only you and I have to be willing to get our hands dirty..and as well get ready for the attack..because you know that when you start pulling on that elephant you’re gonna get tired..but scripture says that in our weakness God’s grace and strength is sufficient for us..2 Corinthians 12:9..Amen!”

“So I pray for us all today to be brave and to speak up and speak out about issues and problems that are there in our lives..which in case I know we all have something that needs to be dealt with in our lives..or something we want changed or to be better..Amen..but once again guys if we don’t take the time than nothing will change..we remain the same..and even maybe get a little bitter..or get a little sad..because we haven’t dealt with the issues in our lives..and in the case we never move forward as we should..we just compromise..fold our hands..and get the attitude as of oh, well..and that attitude is an attitude that none of us want to have in our lives..because God wants us happy and whole in all areas..and He tells us to guard our hearts..Proverbs 4:23..and when problems aren’t dealt with than our heart gets attacked..our feelings gets attacked..and our minds they get attacked..and in all of that..we get overwhelmed and discouraged..so on that note..I’m gonna leave you with this encouragement..that God loves you..and that God is for you standing by your side fighting for you..Amen!”

“But know that we must place feet..wisdom and prayer to the situation..we must place action to that ole elephant that may be there in our room..Amen..for when we do our part..God always steps in and does His..Amen..for faith without works is dead..James 2:14-26..and just because you overlook it..or don’t discuss it..does NOT mean that it is gone..Amen..it’s still there..maybe pushed down somewhere in the corner of your mind and heart..but it’s there..only dealing with it..placing it on the table begins the process of getting rid of it..overlooking it only silences it!..so today we stand strong..we stand firm with Christ..and we move forward in our lives..being adults in our lives..not children but adults..Amen..not covering up..not hiding..not lying..just being an adult and saying what needs to be said and dealing with what needs to be dealt with..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
