“The other day I was reading some article and they were talking about weeds and gardening..and the one thing I read that stood out to me was the fact they said that weeds don’t even have to be tended too as flowers do..that weeds they just kinda spring up if they so desire too and honestly anywhere they choose too..I am sure you have seen weeds growing out in the middle of nowhere..in the sidewalks..along the sidewalks..in the middle of roadways..wherever they want too they just spring up..and they as well are very irritating for the simple fact that they overtake the roots on the flowers in which case ends up killing the beautiful flower..Amen..but my point of saying all of that this morning is that the same with our lives..everyday we have to tend and mend our gardens of our lives..Amen..everyday we have to keep them watered and most definitely keep them weeded..for those weeds they just spring up from nowhere as I said..they will start making themselves known just about anywhere..Amen..and it could be little weeds at first..maybe a little attitude..maybe a little letting go of a conviction you once had..who knows..could be a compromise that you make from the simplest act of your daily living..I’m not too sure but what I know is that is a weed in life..and the weeds of our lives most go from our lives..Amen..they can’t stay..and when we see these weeds starting to manifest we must deal with them..Amen!”

“And I know that dealing with weeds is a hard ole project..you get dirty..and you get sweaty..and you have to sometime dig way down deep to get them up out..Amen..but when you take care of them things..then you move on and you grow up into that glorious flower that God intends for you to be..Amen..in the book of Matthew it tells us a parable about weeds..and at how the enemy brings the weeds into the harvest to try and overtake the crops..but how the Lord says that the weeds will be burned but the harvest will be taken in..Amen..for weeds are deceitful..Matthew 13:1-23..they want to choke out of our lives everything good that God intends to be there in our lives..for it will kill the fruit of everything else that has been good..Amen..so today my heart for us all is that if the Lord shows us areas to where we need to tend them..where we need to get our hands dirty a little and begin to pull up some weeds that may be springing forth in our lives..then truly by all means I pray we take time to deal with the areas and that we get busy with the weeding..because little things take out and kill big things in our lives..they destroy lots and before we even notice..but God will show us..and God will give us the strength and the help to get them all out..through much prayer..dedication and determination..Amen..we can with the Lords help keep our gardens of our lives most beautiful..just as we’ve worked and strived so hard for them to be..so tend them well..that is my prayer for us all this very day..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
