“In this crazy time right now that we all are in..I tell ya we must have our quiet place..Amen..because whether your home or whether your working..either way..you must have time to be with the Lord..and daily so..Amen..each of us must find our quiet spot and go and dwell there for a moment to be still before the Lord..Psalm 37:3/Psalm 62:5..to get our minds stilled..to get our thoughts together..to think about what it is that we’ve been thinking about..to really give ourselves a good looking over..at our lives..and at how were doing in this time that we’re in..Amen..and daily so..how we’re responding to others?..how we’re responding to our families?..to our kids?..Amen..because right now I do think God is getting us unfamiliar with the familiar..Amen..He is getting us to a place as to where we see ourselves for who we truly are..Amen..in which case He is getting us to a place as to where we grow..and we get back to the basics of life..we get back to not being in such a hurry all the time..Amen..He is prepping us so to speak to change some ways that we have..the ones we seem to always overlook..Amen..because growing and seeing us for who we are..well, that’s not easy..Amen!”
“So when the heat is turned up..and the situations of life are unfamiliar..we want the familiar..we want what we have always known..for how many of ya know that none of us honestly like change..and right now I believe we all are doing things that we’ve never had to do..Amen..so it’s difficult to say the least..it different..I mean we are home schooling our children..we are staying home now..we can’t go to events..we can’t go out and eat dinner..so in which case that means we are cooking from home..and many don’t like to cook..or maybe they don’t know how..I’m not too sure but still it’s change..and all of the things we all did we now don’t get the pleasure of doing..even down to the simple task of going to get a hair cut..so even that is challenging..Amen..and for us women..getting our hair done and them nails of ours done..so we are maybe right now a little grumpy..a little discounted..a little angry..and a little frustrated..because as I say we like to be able to do what we want to do..and before we had the privilege to do just that..whatever it was that we wanted..Amen!”
“But now life has become a little bit more challenging..so today my whole heart for each of us is this..grow where we’re at in our lives..and let us all help ourselves by helping ourselves..learning to be at peace in whatever state we find ourselves..Philippians 4:11..to live peaceably with all men..Romans 12:18..Amen..to not murmur or complain..but to be thankful..1 Thessalonians 5:18..and to trust the Lord..Proverbs 3:5-6..and know that this all is going to end and come too pass..my prayer is that we finish this whole big test well..Amen..for that’s what I feel that it is right now..I feel that God is shaking us up to be still before Him..too lean on Him more so than we ever have..for He has given us a time right now to be with our families..to be with our children..somehow in the midst of the mess..God has a reason and a plan for it all..for I know that nothing comes our way in life..without first passing through our Fathers hands..Amen..so let us ask ourselves how are we doing in this test?..how are we growing?..how are we responding?..how have we changed?..have we gotten bitter through this ordeal or have we gotten better!!..Amen..I pray we all have gotten better and not bitter..I pray we haven’t fallen prey to the ways of this ole world by murmuring and complaining..Amen..but I do pray that we have a quiet place through it all..because you see in the quiet place is where we change..we grow..we trust..we let go..and we renew..Amen..so let us go out and be a light for our Father..shining ever so brightly wherever it is that we are at in this present moment in time in our lives..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
