“So most know that we have a 16 month old English Labrador and his name is Benjamin..and he has been a hand full of love and entertainment since day one when we went to go and pick him up and bring him home..Amen..his momma is a hunter and his daddy is a service dog..and our Benjamin got both of his parents attributes..he is the most kind, patient and loving dog we’ve ever owned..and he is so gentle..not a mean bone in him..it amazes us at how loving he is..he can be in bed all night long..and when I get up in the morning to let him outside..he never rushes to the door..he always has to give us love..each of us whoever is up in the house..Amen..and after he has showed us that he loves us only then will he make his way to the door of our home to go on outside..and I tell my husband, Erik, all the time honey he is teaching me so much about life..if I just watch our dog..I learn a lot about being kind..being nice..about turning the other cheek..about putting others first..about forgetting and forgiving..about not rushing always..about loving and loving some more..because even if he gets corrected by one of us..he still just comes right alongside us and receives the correction and lays right down beside our feet..because he always has to be touching us with his paw..but the thing is he remains steadfast in his attitude..in his life..and daily so..he isn’t all over the place with his feelings or emotions..and I know guys you all probably are thinking Mandi you’re crazy..lol..you’re talking about a dog here!..lol..but for real, guys..can you imagine if only we were all that way?..that we just got up daily..happy and excited about life..about seeing our family members as they wake up?..ready to begin with loads of love and happiness?..my oh my..imagine the life we all would live?..Amen..because I can say that the Lord wants us steadfast in our lives with Him..He doesn’t want us all over place with who we are for Him!”

“He says don’t straddle the fence line of life..don’t be lukewarm in your walk with Him..for He says He would much rather that we be hot or cold..but not lukewarm..for He says that He would rather spew us out from His mouth..Revelation 3:15-17..and you see you think about this and you can understand..Amen..because again people receive the Lord most of the time by watching our lives in which we live..and they watch them very closely..because for one they are looking for the real deal..the real thing..Amen..not some wishy washy person in whom claims one thing but lives another..for that is not a very good witness or testimony that we can live out for Christ..but when they see steadfast love for Christ..and for people..and they see this in our lives..and how we live..and the things we do..and the things we say..than that makes them hopeful..and they pay attention and they wanna know about this Jesus in whom it is that we serve..Amen..so today I wanna ask us all..are we steadfast in what we say and how we live?..are we hook line and sinker for the Lord?..Amen..do we represent Christ well in our lives?..because we are the bible that others read..we are the hands and feet of our Lord..and I sure hope that we are steadfast..that we do deny ourselves and pick up our cross and follow the Lord..Matthew 16:24-26/Luke 9:23..and that we do walk in the spirit for in doing so we will not mind the things of our flesh..Romans 8:5/Galatians 5:16..Amen!”
