“So I know that everyone seems to always make some kind of resolution on New Years..they will for the most part maybe want to do better in their finances..or finish up schooling..even lose a little weight..get healthier..Amen..and of course there is so many more things that people bring into play when making their resolutions..but usually after the first month or so those resolutions seem to fall by the wayside.

“Life happens..things happen..and situations happen..and so they kind of get us off track when it comes to those promises that we’ve made to ourselves..Amen..but I thought about those things that really matter in our lives..Amen..I mean don’t get me wrong at all..finances are a huge part of our lives..as well as finishing up school..and getting healthy..but I was thinking more on the lines of heavenly goals for our lives..Amen..those things that help us to grow in the Lord..Amen

“Those things that help us to bare much fruit in our lives..John 15:2-13..Amen..not just making resolutions..but actually picking one thing..Amen..because how many of ya know that one thing means a lot of things..and one thing changes a lot of things in our lives..whether that one thing is our attitude..Amen..or that one thing is maybe an anger issues the we may have..or could be that we can’t seem to keep a secret so we gossip and tell everything we know..other than keeping it to ourselves..maybe could be that we are a little too busy..being a busybody in everyone else affairs and their lives.

“I don’t really know what is that one thing for you and your life..only you know for yourself..Amen..but I do challenge us all to get serious about those one things in our lives that keep us from moving forward and actually baring so much fruit for Jesus..and actually growing in the Lord and who He is in us..other then being like a child always nursing on that milk..1 Peter 2:2..but much rather feasting and eating at the Lords table the meat of who He is..and digesting it in a proper way..Amen..because we should always be growing..and doing our best to be more like our Father.

“Making differences in the lives that we live..following through with what we know in the Lord’s word..and being obedient to do it..Amen..shining like those bright stars in the sky for Lord our God..being that salt and light..Matthew 5:13-16..Amen..because most of the time it is that one thing that people do that turns others away from who they are in the Lord..and makes them question who they are in Christ..Amen..so let us do well in our journey with our Father while here in this earth traveling as those pilgrims and strangers until we reach that beautiful and glorious shore of heaven..Amen..that forever home of ours that we all should be looking forward too some marvelous and amazing day..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
