So last night I was getting ready for bed and I decided to look through a couple of our photo albums…and I begin to think man I sure do miss them old cameras and all of the pictures that we use to be able to take and put in our albums…for they honestly are treasures…I love pictures…for pictures speak our lives…when we take a look as when any of us can take a look back through our albums that we have…how we can remember just where we were that very day…and what we were doing..even to how we felt the problems that we maybe were facing..to even the accomplishments that we’ve had in our life thus far…and so I sit there on our bed and I strolled along through all of them pages…and I cried…and I laughed..and as well my heart swelled with so much joy…as I looked back over mine and Erik’s life together and at our son and how much he has grown up into a wonderful young man…and how it all happened so fast…and so quickly…but I wasn’t sad..nor am I sad now…but I am thankful…that the Lord kept us and answered our prayers in which we prayed and still pray daily…and at how we’ve overcome so many obstacles along the way in our life and how we thought we wasn’t going to make it through them…but we did by the grace of God..It’s amazing at how the Lord changes you…and how the Lord grows you up and honestly creates in you that clean and pure heart..Psalm 51:10…our road wasn’t always easy…but it sure was worth it..every step that we took…every battle that we went through…every obstacle that we have overcome..every ounce of it all was worth it…cause it has made us who we are this very day for the Lord…so today I guess what I’m getting at here is that you may be in a dark and lonely place in your life…you may be sick in your body and in your mind…you may be sad, you may depressed…you may feel that no one understands you…or that anyone really cares…you may be facing financial hardships…and you don’t see any way whatsoever to get out of it…you may be hurt by loved ones…you may be misunderstood by family and friends…you may have done things and said things that you regret…and of course the list it can go on and on…but my prayer is this…that you never give up…if you’ve been fighting..and you’ve been praying what seems like the same ole prayer…I pray you keep on praying it…and I pray that you daily keep taking your requests before Jesus…because God hears you, just as He did us…He heard the cries from the depths of our hearts…and we didn’t think that anything was changing…we thought all was just staying the same…but as I sit there and looked at them photos last night…I could see the Lord’s hands as I turned the page through every album…and at how He delivered…and at how He protected…He strengthened..He healed…He set free…and He answered…and He answered and has answered every single one of our prayers..so don’t get tired guys in your well doing for in due season you shall reap if you faint not..Galatians 6:9…for the scripture says this..Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that ask receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?…Matthew 7:7-11….for the song says this…If we never had a problem how would we know that God could solve them..and how would we know what faith in God can do…but through it all…Yes, through it all…we have learned to trust in Jesus…we have learned to trust in God…through it all…through it all…we have learned to depend upon His word…so we thank Him for the valleys..and we thank Him for the mountains and we thank Him for all the times He’s seen us through…for in our lonely hours, Yes, those precious lonely hours…Jesus let us know that we was His…so through it all…Yes, through it all…we have learned to trust in Jesus…we have learned to trust in God…through it all…Yes, through it all….we have learned to depend upon His word….so I am going to say this…we all may be in a storm…but I will tell each of us this…that God is faithful..1 Corinthians 1:9..and that God may not always remove us from situations as we may like for Him too…but always remember that He will see us through…for there’s always hope in Jesus…so hold on…stay focused…and stay close to Him, our Father…for He will answer and He will see each of us through…In Jesus’ name, I do ask and pray…Amen and Amen…Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
