Mountains are inevitable when serving Jesus…we will face them and we will truly and honestly guys have to climb them…we will go through valleys as well, and we will have to walk through them..all the while trusting and understanding that Jesus Christ is carrying us and guiding us through them valleys and up along them mountains…until we reach the top…Christianity has been said that to some they think that everything is just going to drift along and that is going to fit perfectly into there places..kinda like putting a puzzle together…but as well we all know and understand that when we put a puzzle together it takes time…it takes patience and it takes a lot of determination to stay focused and stay desiring to put that puzzle together…instead of getting aggravated and losing our patience and focus and just throwing all of them pieces back into the box…giving up and giving in…well its the same way guys when we’re walking on our journeys with the Lord…it is not going to be this straight lined pathway…we go up and around and over and under we face obstacles…we face trials…we face sorrows..we face sickness…we face sadness..for some depression….for some fear…for some there is a constant struggle financially..for others it’s relationships…for some it’s marriage….for some it’s their children…the list of course can go on and on…but to understand this is to understand that we are and that we will face these things in our lives…as I said it is very foolish for any of us to ever believe that we won’t face these things…but here’s the promise for us as Christians…see the word of the Lord says that God promises to never leave us nor ever forsake us..Deuteronomy 31:6..and that He is a very present help in time of need..Psalm 46:1..for He tells us to call upon Him and that He would answer us and show us great and mighty things that we know not..Jeremiah 33:3…see God knows us..He said that His thoughts are for good and not evil to give us an expected end..Jeremiah 29:11…so it’s not that we aren’t going to go through things..it’s not that at all..but what it is, is knowing personally who you are in the Lord…knowing that God holds you and I in the palms of His hands..Isaiah 49:16…knowing that we are the apple of His eyes..Psalm 17:8…knowing that He numbers the very hairs upon our heads..Matthew 10:30…knowing that we will get through it all..no matter what we face…we know and we understand that God our God is able..to do anything..anywhere and anytime that He alone chooses…so we are to call them things that be not as though they were..Romans 4:17..we are to go by faith and not sight..2 Corinthians 5:7..we are to understand that Jesus Christ is ruler over everything..He sees all and He knows all…and He understands and He loves us all unconditionally…so we hold fast to Him and His unchanging hands..we focus on Him and Him alone..keeping our eyes upon Him…for He is our source..and He alone is our peace…so we don’t grow discouraged..but we have hope and confidence in our Lord..we pray..we trust and we lean…for as the song goes…and as the song sings..Leaning..leaning…safe and secure from all alarms…Leaning..leaning…leaning on the everlasting arms…and I pray that through all of our tests and trials that we, each of us are leaning on them ever lasting arms of Jesus Christ our Lord..In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen!!..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
