The bible says that our lives are nothing more than a vapor that we’re here for a little while and then it vanishes away..James 4:14..death knocks upon all of the doors of each of our lives, when and where it will come none of us really ever do know…life is a series of events, and life each of our lives are filled with happy moments and filled with not so much happy ones…but the word of God says that the day of ones death is better than the day of ones birth..Ecclesiastes 7:1….for some that makes no sense whatsoever, why the Lord would say such a thing…but unto the child of God, to them ones in whom know that they know that their names have been written down in the Lambs book of life…then for them that day is a day of rejoicing…for the word says that Jesus died for us so that whether we’re awake or asleep that we shall live together with Him.1 Thessalonians 5:10….but as for those ones in whom are left here on this earth, that’s the ones in whom suffer the most..because death truly does leave a heartache that honestly can never be filled..but Jesus He does heal us over time, for He is our comforter, mender and our healer…Praise His name…death proves to us all that our lives doesn’t last down here on earth…because guys this world is not our homes…we are pilgrims and strangers just passing through…for God tells us to store up for ourselves our treasures in heaven..Matthew 6:19-20..not down here on this earth…so the point of today and the point of all of this being said and being spoken…is that I pray that all of you that are reading this devotion right now at this very moment, that you guys know that you know that you serve God, that you know without a shadow of a doubt that you have been forgiven. and that you are His child…for the bible says that whatsoever way the tree falls that is the way it will go..Ecclesiastes 11:3…so good works, good deeds, being kind, being nice, helping people..all of them things are wonderful things, but those things doesn’t mean that you are right with God…for you see there is only one way unto the Father and that is through Jesus Christ His son and what He did there at Calvary on the Cross for each and everyone of us…for there guys at that place on a hill called Golgotha, Jesus Christ died that we might live…that we would have eternal life…for there is no other way…for it says that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no man comes to the Father but through Him..John 14:6…so I don’t know where you stand today personally…but I tell ya one thing, heaven is real..and so is hell..there is no in between…there is no do over..once your number so to speak has been called..then that’s it..your life is over here on earth..and after death our souls will live on forever…whether they’ll live in heaven where there is no sorrows, no more sickness no more pain and guys in heaven there is nothing but light..no darkness is there..or whether will live in hell.where the word says there is weeping and gnashing of teeth..to where we burn for all eternity is totally up to us..Matthew 13:42..for that is all of our own choice, for each and everyone has been given free will..some build there lives on the hopes and admirations of this earth…some build and daily build on that sinking sand..never to think of eternity..and just where theirs is gonna be..but I’ve come to tell ya that the Lord says that whosever will call upon His name shall be saved..Romans 10:13…for He says that if we confess our faults and ask for forgiveness that He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness..1 John 1:9..so make things right with the Lord this very day…for tomorrow guys may be just to late to make those things right….for none of us knows what our tomorrows hold…so today love a little a stronger, and love just a little bit longer…for the old rugged Cross made the difference..to a life bound with heartache and defeat…for I will praise Him..forever and ever..for the Cross made the difference for me..for it’s only by the Lords grace and His tender mercies that any of us are who we are..so cherish your life and cherish your loved ones..never take them for granted..for life truly is a fragile thing, so make sure that each of us are handling ours with loads of love and care..In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
