I don’t know about the rest of ya, but for me If there is a new hair shampoo or a new product that comes out…then I will tell ya I am first in line to grab that product…and of course I as well will be the first to go right back to my so called old products..Lol…cause those newer things just don’t get it with me and my hair type..so I end up with a lot of different things and not none of them to seem to work as promised..and so every time I tell my husband well I am not buying any more of that new stuff…not saying that it is bad or anything, but just saying it doesn’t work for me…But the point I’m getting at is that us as well…when it comes to the Lord and His ways…and the way things are done or what not…people always think that they have to try something different…or something new…that the old ways so to speak doesn’t work…but guys I am here to tell ya…Gods ways them old pathways…they work….the simple things in life…they work…the old songs being sung…they work….the prayer time at the altar…that works…see the bible says that God inhabitants the praises of His people..Psalm 22:3…and as well when the Lord is lifted up He promises to draw all men unto Him…John 12:32…see our God the word says is the same..yesterday, today and forevermore..Hebrews 13:8…and Gods power and His anointing is what makes the difference…for it is the anointing that breaks the yoke and sets the captives free..Isaiah 10:27..when people are spending time in prayer getting filled up with Jesus than it will be evident in their lives…you will see it in the countenance of their faces…you will hear it in the sound of their voices…see when Gods presence is there wherever there may be then great things happen…for God will never come and be somewhere to where someone isn’t changed, or someone hasn’t been touched….for you will feel Him in the atmosphere to where you know that God almighty is in the midst…for our worship and our love of the Lord is what changes us…that word of God being preached is what changes us…it is when Gods people come together in unity that things happen and take place…it is when we’re loving and sharing what the Lord has blessed us with that things change…so we need not run after the new hype, or the new church, or the new songs…but we just need to run and run hard after God and His presence…for that’s where will all are gonna change and change is what we all are longing for and what we all are needing…so my prayer for each of you this day and everyday that may follow is this….The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace…Numbers 6:24-26…so I pray that all of us are still and that we will be still and know that He alone is God..Psalm 46:10…and that He alone is worthy of all praise…and love, and adoration…so keep your focus and your attention on the Lord…no matter what you do in your life, to no matter how your being used of the Lord…I pray that daily your face is turned toward Jesus…and Him alone..for He will lead each of us and guide each of us into the truth…for He says His voice we will know but the voice of a stranger we will not follow..John 10:5…so let us stay close to the Shepherd and let us listen to our Shepherds voice..as He lead us His sheep along the way…In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray…Amen and Amen!!!
