The analogy of it all is this…you wouldn’t put water into your gas tank on your vehicle and expect for to it run…or even for that matter if you decided to do part water part gas…even than it would not run properly…it would sputter and than it would stop….and then you have to go through this big long process of flushing your lines to try your best to get the water out of your tank and out of all your fuel lines…same difference guys if we expect to run smoothly or go anywhere in our lives that Jesus is desiring for us to go…then we must stay close to Him…we can’t put a lot of junk into our lives…we can’t feed daily on the ways of this world..and somehow expect to go anywhere for the Lord…see we know that what we put in us, always comes out of us…so the Lord tells us in His word…to abide in Him…for He says apart from me, you can do nothing..John 15:5…and isn’t that a word..nothing…and a very big word…He didn’t say apart from you can do a little bit..or apart from me you can do some…no our Father said, the BIG word of “NOTHING”…..so seriousness is the pathway that each of us have to walk down…and seriousness is understanding that we have to run and go daily with the Lord…we gotta spend time in His word…for Gods word is what changes us…and Gods word is a lamp unto our feet and the bible says a light unto our pathway..Psalm 119:105…so it isn’t constantly living and doing our own thing, or going and doing anything that we choose or desire to choose to do…it’s like eating healthy we all have the choice to pick up the fruit or go on down the aisle of the grocery store and grab up that big box of cookies or that bag of donuts…but we as well also know that the junk food isn’t good for us…so do we feed our bodies them things that are nourishing or do we feed our bodies them things in which aren’t all that good or nourishing for us…not saying that junk food is a bad thing…but we can’t expect to dwell there in that junk food aisle and our bodies run the proper way that the Lord has intended for them to do….so once again guys everything and anything we do, it matters…so let us all remember that…let us stay close to Jesus…let us feed our souls with the word, with the preaching, and with that anointed and holy ghost filled music..for it is the anointing that breaks the yokes and sets the captives free!!..Isaiah 10:27…and let us keep our hearts with all diligence for out from them flows the issues of life..Proverbs 4:23…and what we put in, it will come out…so guard your mind, guard your eyes, and guard them ears..and more than anything guard that heart!..In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen!!!
