Well as for me, I am very opinionated…I always have something to say about something…but today I learned from the Lord that sometimes my opinion and the way I see things if it’s not associated with an important matter such as giving my opinion over something that may be harmful to someone or what not, than to keep my opinion to myself….for I’m learning that it doesn’t matter about my opinion on things that are immaterial…cause the way others chooses to do things are the way that they like to do them..and the way I do things is the way I like to do them…so my opinion over certain things is not needed…because when given whether there given mean or not can still sometimes be hurtful to someone when there given…so I guess my point is this if any of us think we’ve done made it in our walk with the Lord, and we don’t have another thing to learn..then I can say we are sadly mistaken…cause the bible says that all sin and fall short from the glory of the Lord..Romans 3:23…cause we may think we’re alright…but then we’re gonna have them days like I did today in which the Lord corrected me…and He corrected me quickly…but I wasn’t discouraged about it, but was encouraged by His correction, because the word says that whom Lord loves He corrects…Proverbs 3:12..so I will say this,…we never, ever, ever stop learning and growing …we are constantly being molded and made into what our Father would have for us to be…He lets us see us as we really are…but as well I’m thankful that He doesn’t show us all of us at once…man oh man that would be something hard to have to deal with all at one time…so I’m learning with my opinion to ask myself if it is kind?…and if it is necessary?…and if it’s not than for me not to say anything at all…for words are powerful..Proverbs 18:21…and they can hurt or they can help…they can build up or they can tear down…and I surely don’t want to be hurting anyone, or tearing anyone down…so I’m learning to watch my mouth…and I’m learning not to always be speaking and talking so much….cause sometimes it’s best to be still…and listen…for the word says that we should let our yes be yes, and our no be no…for anything more than this comes from evil….Matthew 5:37…so I’m choosing to listen…for as well in listening I can learn a whole lot more, then I ever will by always speaking and talking…so I pray that we’re all growing, and growing strong and rooted in our walks, in our talks and in our lives, for the Lord our God…In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray…Amen and Amen!!!
