We all face a lot of things in our lives, and I truly do understand that, and I do have compassion and loads of it for people including myself whom has faced a lot of difficulties, and lots of stresses…but I also understand that if I choose to live in my past, in the hurt and in the pain..than I will never grow into becoming the person in whom Christ needs for me to be,.yes, I do believe that it is good to take a look over your life just to see what all Christ has done for you and just what all you have made it through…but we shouldn’t let the past steal away from our futures…cause we all have bright shining futures just up ahead of us….but if we daily talk about what was done and had been done to us..and what all we’ve been through in a negative sense then we can’t look at where we are now, or even look at where we’re going because our minds haven’t yet been renewed…we’re still thinking upon past thoughts…we’re not at all thinking on new thoughts…see the word of the Lord says that as a man thinketh so is he..Proverbs 23:7….and as well the word of the Lord tells us to not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God..Romans 12:2….our past may have hurt us, and our past may have took us through many things, but guys we can’t let our past steal away from us, or our futures…God tells us this, Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things….Philippians 4:8…so I pray that we think about what it is that we’re thinking about….and I pray that if we need to think on new thoughts, good thoughts, them godly thoughts…then we would ask Jesus to help us…to create in us clean and pure hearts and that He would renew a right spirit within us…Psalm 51:10…we can’t keep bringing up our past….that is not good for anyone…sometimes, sure there is a time to speak on them things in which took place in our lives…but not a daily thing…that ole devil loves to hear us speaking and talking of what all we’ve been through…he loves to hear the heartaches that we’ve faced…he loves to know all about them friendships that let us down….that marriage that failed…see he loves when we gloat in our sorrows, he loves it when we start feeling sorry for ourselves…he loves it when we shrink back and get hurt all over again by the words in which we choose to speak and hear coming from our own mouths..see sometimes we are our own worst enemy…that ole evil one doesn’t have to anything….cause we ourselves do it for him…because when we talk about those past things that we’ve gone through, then as well we are going to be living out them things all over again and again…we cannot do that…and I do repeat, CANNOT!!! DO THAT!!!!….cause when we do all of those feelings, them emotions, anger…all of them things come flooding first and foremost in the front of our minds..and ya know what, we end up having a bad day..and if we’re not careful we will end up having a bad week, which in turn turns into a bad month…and if we keep it up it will turn into a bad year…so let go of that past….not only for others…but for you…for yourself…let is go and let God…God is your vindicator….God fights our battles for us…and God understands and knows all about each of us…and God will restore and He will heal…but it takes us to understand He can’t do anything for us until we choose daily to do better for ourselves…cause if not we’re only fighting against and hurting ourselves…no one else but us….so choose daily to live in this moment…to live right now…cause right now is our futures…and right now we are shaping our futures….so let us all shape and mold good ones..let us do better so we can be better…In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray…Amen and Amen!!!
