Pretty much any of us when it comes to purchasing carpet for our homes, or maybe a new living room suite…we all kinda stir clear from the white ones…and or that beautiful white carpet…cause we know how quickly it can become stained if something is spilt on it and how very hard it is to get them stains out…so we look for something that’s more durable..and more easier to keep clean…something that hides the stains..and that dirt..lol…that’s funny but it is true guys…but I was thinking about us spiritually speaking..and I thought about the Lord and His word and How he wants us to keep our robes pure and white without a spot or wrinkle…imagine that…and I was thinking about this…I thought well this is pretty serious business if God is wanting for us to stay all clean, pure, white, and without a spot or wrinkle..Ephesians 5:27…cause that is hard to do….especially in this world in which we live…daily we get a little tarnished…and daily we get a little messy…and daily we get bombarded with images…media…well, pretty much just life.. reminds me of the story that I heard and it said that when we get up each new day that the bible says that Gods mercies are new..Lamentations 3:23…so each new day we’ve been given new mercy from the Lord..and we’re given these beautiful white robes to place on us…and it’s our job to keep them all beautifully white…and how do we do this?…well we pray…and we keep a watch over our lives…and we stay on guard…and we keep on the armor of God and keep it on all day long….Ephesians 6:10-18..we do them things that are pleasing in Gods eyes…we stay away from things that would draw us and our focus and attention away from the Lord…cause we all know when we’re a little dirty so to speak…we all know when our minds ain’t quit right…we all know when we’re being mean and ugly with our attitudes…no one has to tell us about us…cause we know us..we know what we do..and just really who we are…but as well, God knows just what we do, and just who we are…they say the person in whom you are when your all by yourself is really and truly the person in whom you are…so make sure that person is a good person…a godly person..a loving person…and straight forward kind of person…make sure that person isn’t a mask wearing person…you know that type of person whom acts a certain way in front of others…but than behind closed doors their a tee totally different person….let that not be you and me…but let us be the same at all times…and let us please our Lord and Savior at all times…see when we die and stand before our Father…it isn’t about what such and such saw of you and me…but it’s all about what Jesus seen and knows of you and me…for one day yes we all will give an account for our lives..Romans 14:12…so make sure as were standing before our Maker that we’re not ashamed of who we are and or the life that we chose to live..once again guys please that audience of one…which is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ…for it’s all about Him…In His sweet and holy name I do ask and pray…In Jesus’ name Amen and Amen!!!
