When we choose to start out on our journey with the Lord, at times there’s gonna be uncertainties, there’s gonna be unsurities, there’s gonna be this did I make the right decision, have I done the right thing, see it’s always gonna be things that rise up and need our attention and our time, there’s gonna be people whom question you and what you believe in…there’s gonna be distractions….and there as well is gonna be opinions…and sometimes lots of opinions….. and there is gonna be people doing things and going places that you my friend aren’t comfortable in doing or going too….all because we have different callings…and God has made for us to be exactly the way that He would have for us to be….what bothers you may not necessarily bother someone else…what you do may not be the types of things that others would like to do….me I’ve been called a lot of things since serving God…but one that really sticks in my mind was that one of my friend over in Kansas, He said to me, Mandi you remind me of my grandma…your personality and the way you act and the way you talk…lol! I thought that was funny…but maybe so…but I’m okay with being called a grandma…grandma’s are wonderful and awesome people…Praise the Lord…but yes I am very much a caretaker of all that come in contact with me…I will feed you…I will pray for you, and I will give you advice..and sometimes even if your not asking for it…but that’s all because I love ya!! I do enjoy all the old time gospel music….I love to be at home..I love reading…I love quietness..and peacefulness..and I love cooking, baking..and I adore and cherish people more than anything in life…so understand our age has nothing to do with any thing….we’re all different…God has made me the way I am for a reason…I get convicted over a lot of different things in my life….things that the Lord chooses for me not to do…but as well I understand and know that whom God loves He corrects..Hebrews 12:6…so I guess what I’m trying to say is that we all can’t be the same…we all can’t do the same things…we all have a different lifestyles..and whether we realize it or not others expect different from us because we are Gods children…so be sure to listen to Gods voice…it doesn’t matter if 200 other people are living and doing things that may be fine with, doesn’t mean that you can hop on board thinking that it’s okay for you as well…cause rest assured if your listening to that one voice that still small voice then you will hear Him speaking to you..1 Kings 19:11-13…so when you hear it, and you will, be sure to listen and than be sure to obey…In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray….Amen and Amen!!
