I know we all have lost a lot in our lives…and we all probably will continue to lose things in our lives, I do know there are seasons in the bible that the Lord speaks of…telling us there are seasons for mourning, and there are season for laughing….so everything the bible says is a time and purpose under the heavens..Ecclesiastes 3:1-8….so this morning my heart is just heavy because I know that with a broken heart you can’t seem to find your way….with a broken heart…you forget the other things that you have in your life, and you focus your attention on that brokenness, and that loss, for yes, a broken heart is the longest and hardest thing to ever heal…but one thing is this guys and that is we must focus our attention on what’s left….we must focus our attention on all that we do have….and then be thankful at all the memories that we have left….we lose in life…but one thing that death can never ever take away from us any of us and that is our memories…so we hold them close….and we keep them forever snugged away in our heart…always thinking of the good times that we had…and always thinking of the wonderful memories that we shared….but than realizing that we are still here on this earth and that our mission isn’t yet fulfilled…and our time is not yet over…so we get up out of the sack cloth and ashes…and we go forth in Jesus…and we go and look around at our many, many blessings that we still have….cause God does have reasons for everything…we may never understand Gods plan….but as they say we must always trust His will for our lives….so we focus on the good…and we focus on all that we have…and we bless the Lord at all times the word of the Lord says…for that is Gods will in Christ Jesus concerning each of us…Psalm 34:1….but sadness can destroy us if we let it….depression may come…and along with depression comes sickness…we get sick in our bodies and we get sick in our minds…so guys I pray we rise today..and I pray that we let God restore, heal and mend us…totally and completely…renewing our minds…Romans 12:2..giving us clean and pure hearts..Psalm 51:10….and putting and placing a new beginning in front of us…and pushing us to go forward…not backwards….always thankful for the time we had…but understand that it’s not the end….not yet….for where the mind goes the man follows…Proverbs 23:7…so I pray for a fresh anointing this morning, to sweep over everyone that is fighting a loss….or that is in a spirit of mourning…that God would strengthen you….each of you…and that He would fill you all up to the overflow with His joy unspeakable and full of glory….that His grace and power from on high would overshadow you right now at this very moment…and that you would have a very Merry Christmas and a fabulous and glorious New year…a year with new beginnings and new opportunities, a year where laughter rings forth continually from your lips…In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray!!!
