We all are constantly striving to do more…it’s like were not content with what we are doing…we are always thinking that there’s something else…or that there’s more that were needing to do….but you know each of us have our own ministry for the Lord…and each of us have been given a certain task to complete and a certain task to do…we all do different task…and we all do different things in these ministries…but I guess what I’m trying to say to each of us this morning is this…that wherever you are is the place God would have for you to be…and whether your ministry consist of doing a lot or whether it consist of you doing just a little…either way I pray that none of it is considered to be insignificant…because whether we have a lot of people in which were touching for God…or whether we have just a few…or maybe even just one…than that is our ministry and it should never be taken for granted…but it should be done wholeheartedly..and done for the Lord…Ephesians 6:7..because everything, and anything it is that we do when were doing it for God it matters…so be content with where you are…if God sees that He would have for you to do something else than He will present the opportunity..but if not ….then I pray that each of us our satisfied…and that each of us are content and happy with what were doing for the Lord…for everything and everyone matters…the angels in heaven rejoice over one sinner whom comes home..Luke 15:7…think about that…maybe there’s one person in whom is in your life that your ministering too…than you be faithful over that one person…and you be steadfast in shining and being a light for that one person….we work for God…our lives are all about God…and what it is that He wants for us to be doing…for godliness with contentment is of a great gain..1 Timothy 6:6…and as well the steps of a righteous man are ordered of the Lord..Psalm 37:23…so wherever you are in your walk with God than be the best you that you can be…quit rushing ahead…quit always looking ahead wishing you were here or there…but just be right where you are..and as your there be the best you that you can be…live in the moment…for right now is our lives…and were living our lives this very day…it is funny how people think that nothing is changing but isn’t it something that when we take a look back everything has changed…so be thankful for your ministry…be thankful for your gifts that the Lord our God as given to you…don’t desire someone else’s…but be happy with yours…for there’s nobody that can do just exactly what you can…you are unique..and you are called..and when were called we are also equipped..Romans 8:30…so go out and give this world everything it is that you have been given..because someone needs just what you have….for you are fearfully and wonderfully made…Psalm 139:14..and you are a child of God..there’s no greater ministry or gift then that…knowing that we belong to the Lord…what a gift…what a privilege and what a honor…so let us rise and let us walk in our gifts and let us spread wide our ministry…to everyone and to everybody that we may meet along the way!!…In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen!!
