The one person it seems that a lot have a hard time liking, and that is themselves, they are really hard on them, we have to be careful in what we say to ourselves, everything we hear effects us…whether someone else is saying it, or just us in general is saying it..either way words have power,…Proverbs 18:21.. and they can do much damage when we hear them, or even when we sit and think them in our minds…we gotta speak life to us. and we have to learn to love us, see God made each of us the bible says fearfully and wonderfully,…Psalm 139:14…and that we all are made in the image of God..Genesis 1:27…we don’t get another us…there is only one of us…and each of us have something special about us….so love who the Lord has made for you to be…and be kind to you…none of us are going to be perfect…but we all have wonderful gifts and attributes about us…so don’t dwell on the things you don’t like about yourself, but think about the good things that you like about yourself, think about how far the Lord has brought you from…and think about how blessed you are…and how very much you are loved….so keep your heart the word of God says with all diligence for out from it flows the issues of life..Proverbs 4:23…and for us to guard ourselves….guard our minds, guard our hearts…guard our lives….don’t be your own worst enemy…cause for some it is true that their worst enemy lives between their two ears…so be kind to you…be happy with you…all of you…and don’t speak badly of yourself…but as I said think about your good accomplishments…the things you have done…and the things that you do well…and if you wouldn’t say things about others that aren’t so nice, than why would you say them to yourself….think about what your saying and think about what your thinking…for as a man thinketh so is he..Proverbs 23:7…so let us all rise up out of that thinking and talking badly about ourselves….cause the enemy loves it when we feel bad about us…and who we are…so let us all do better, and let us all be better…In Jesus’ name I do ask and pray…Amen ad Amen!!
