People pleasing…

People pleasing is a very tiring job say the least….it wears you out physically, mentally and spiritually, constantly trying to win the approval of people is a never ending story for some…but no matter how much we try to win others approval or to even please others by the things in which we do, one way or another we always seem to fall short for some…some are never gonna pleased with you no matter how much you do to how little you do….so let us all please God everyday of our lives…and let us ask Jesus daily just what it is that He would have for us to be doing…for Gods grace is given to each of us, to do the task that He has prepared daily for us to be doing…for Gods grace is sufficient..2 Corinthians 12:9….but when we get in ourselves and we add a lot of extra to us and our life then before long we end up completely exhausted and completely worn out…so remind yourself that it is okay to say no to others…if you have a full plate already so to speak than adding on more just gets ya a little miserable and not feeling all that well…..first things have to come first in our lives…and the first thing in all of our lives has got to be Jesus…and than our spouses, our children….and than we add the extra….such as our families, and our friends…were have to place things in order…we can’t slack in one area and totally give ourselves continually in another…we must have balance in our life….we adjust ourselves to have that balance…and to find time to do things thats needed..we must make schedules….and we must make for ourselves commitments and in making these commitments  than it’s our job to keep them!….so set the schedule and by all means go by that schedule…and in the midst of all this doing and planning, make sure as well to include yourself in there along the way….set aside some time to be alone with Jesus, daily in prayer.. prayer is what strengthens us for our task that lie ahead.1 Thessalonians 5:16-18….and prayer is what changes things for all of us..Mark 11:24…and as well prayer it is what keeps us together and not so dragged down and wore out, it rejuvenates us…so in the midst of all of this daily doing and schedules as well don’t ever forget to remind yourself that you don’t always have to be doing something…that at the end of the day it’s okay to rest…for we all need rest..Psalm 37:7….and it’s okay if there may be laundry that needs to be done..and or dishes that are left in the sink….but either way remind yourself just to sit down and rest and enjoy your life…enjoy your family…and more than anything, enjoy your time together…for things can always be done later,  but family we don’t want to do that later, we always want to do that now!….In Jesus’ name!! Amen and Amen!! Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
